Veterans Recognition Event November 7, 2019
Each November, Retired Senior Volunteer Program at Carver Community Center hosts a veteran’s recognition event. Veterans are served a meal and receive a small gift as well as a $10 gift card. This event is open to the public and free to all veterans.
This year the event is expanding with a Vendor Fair at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum on November 7, 2019. Doors open to the public at 9:30 AM amd tje recognition program begins at 11 AM. Vendors are encouraged to stay after the luncheon and program so attendees have an opportunity to visit each table.
If you would like to participate, read and complete the registration form. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. In lieu of a table fee, vendors are asked to make a donation of a door prize. Vendors are urged to bring promotional items, handouts or other tokens—anticipated attendance is 200 or more people.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available. For more information, contact Angela Hammers, RSVP Project Manager, Carver Community Organization Senior Center. Phone (812) 402-3170
