REPRESENTATIVE FRYE'S IDVA RESTRICTIONS DON'T GO FAR ENOUGH
The stench heightenes! Now the Indy Star reports that not only did IDVA employees reap undeserved benefits from the Military Family Relief Fund, they also diverted money from needy civilians by apparently illegal use of TANF funds. The latest Star reports also cites questionable promotions, compensation and benefit increases, and other questionable personnel decisions.
Again the issue is not just about the money, but the unconscionable and serious damage to the image of veterans and their legitimate supporters. See my previous post for contact information for Representative Frye. Contact him to express your outrage and encourage him to expand the scope and reach of his proposed legislation affecting IDVA. While you’re at it, contact your representative and urge them to support Frye’s reinforced bill.
